Hubla was still Chatpay when I joined and the challenge wasn't only to build the Design team and culture, but also to raise the maturity of the product and experience for creators along with the rebranding.
I reported to the CEO, helping to shape the product org structure, strategy and alignment between product, engineering and design partnering with ops, sales, finance & growth teams.
The work we've made helped creators to build their content in new ways in addition to Whatsapp and Telegram groups, to have more tools to sell their products and better experiences of content production elevating the product from 0 to 1 with some main objectives:
Elevating Product Thinking & Collaboration
Opening Customer Empathy channels to incorporate user research between the entire company from ops to product and designing the product process, design system and best ways for teams to interact.

We've crafted Product Visions that helped teams to run faster, more aligned with the strategy and elevate the product experience while other efforts were made to continuously evolve the design team process, critiques and so on.
